A professor and Associate Chair in the Department of Drama at the University of Alberta, Kim McCaw brings over thirty years of experience in the field of Canadian new play development and Production. He has previously been Artistic Director of Winnipeg's Prairie Theatre Exchange and Program Director of the Banff Playwrights' Colony, both leaders in developing new work for the theatre.

In September 2008, CCTC Director Kim McCaw spoke to the Edmonton Journal about the creation of the CCTC and collaboration in theatre.

Kathleen Weiss is Chair of the Department of Drama at the University of Alberta. She has an extensive background as a professional theatre director, artistic director, dramaturg, and playwright specializing in experimental or image based theatre, innovative rehearsal processes, and new Canadian plays.

A former artistic director of Tamahnous Theatre and the Women In View Festival in Vancouver, her innovative productions of The Haunted House Hamlet and Mr. and Mrs. Macbeth at Tamahnous are well known across the country.

GRA Website Administrator- Megan Morehouse

Fall 2012 GRA (Fall 2012) Megan is an M.A. student in Drama at the University of Alberta and is very excited to be working with the CCTC this fall. She is a teacher, actor, director, and community volunteer that comes to the Drama department with a passion for theatre in public education. 

Most recently she worked in a high school theatre setting bringing student productions to NB Dramafest and a host of other venues. Currently she is working with the Geri-Actors of Edmonton as she experiences local community theatre. Megan holds a B.A. in English Literature and Communications as well as a B.Ed in Elementary Education.
